A musical serial. Episode 33: Wave after wave
Brian Eno’s Reflection, which we played last week, is clearly based on material used on his last album, The Ship. It’s possible to play both intro’s at the same time and not be able to tell which is which. We play the title track of this album, then play music with more pulses in Studio Pankow. Early electronic music by Faust leads us into heavy ambient with Rocókon’s Glacier Looming.
PLaylist:
00:32 Brian Eno – Reflection
01:47 Brian Eno – The Ship
22:52 Studio Pankow – Ruhleben / Nobuto Suda – Connected Place / Brian Eno – The Hour Is Thin
35:20 Faust – Läuft…Heisst Das Es Läuft Oder Es Kommt Bald…Läuft
38:40 Rocókon – Glacier Looming
