Houtfestival, Haarlem 2015
On Sunday 21 June 2015 the Houtfestival will take place for the thirtieth time. The Houtfestival is a free and small-scaled festival of world music in Haarlem. But world music is not the only music which gets a chance, there is also room for jazz. Especially the fringes of music will get a spot. Music which normally hardly can be heard or seen on radio, television or in venues. That is why the Houtfestival plays an important role in the Dutch cultural infrastructure.
