Winter in Russia
Since recently, we have a new coordinator World Music at the Concertzender, Maxim Chapochnikov. Maxim is an inspired, enthousiastic fan of World Music and he has compiled his own list of music in Central Asia, Mongolia and Siberia. To give Maxim a warm welcome, this hour of Metamorphoses contains a parade of folk music of (almost) every corner of the Russian cultural region. Welcome to the Concertzender, or: добро пожаловать!
