The North Netherlands Symphony Orchestra regularly organises festivals for prominent, contemporary international composers.
Over the years, the Concertzender has made various recordings during a number of these festivals in the city of Groningen. In 2005 Sir Harrison Birtwistle was central and in 2006 Heiner Goebbels and Sofia Goebaijdoelina. In today’s episode of Concertzender Live Archive you’ll hear a number of works by these composers.
