Episode 1280. We continue our exploration of the cantatas in chronological order. We’ve now reached the cantatas Bach composed in October and November of 1724. In today’s episode: chorale cantata “Ach wie flüchtig, ach wie nichtig” BWV 26, which Bach wrote for the 24th Sunday after Trinity on 19 November 1724.
