Today, Karin van den Boogaert and Carolien Cleiren receive Sinta Wullur as a guest in our ‘living room’, together with her two duos: Taradhin en Merpati
This episode of Acoustic Roots is a rerun of an episode from February 2019. A gem we gladly like to present once more. You’ll be amazed by Sinta Wuller’s versatility. She is a composer and a performing musician in the duos Taradhin and Merpati, and she engages herself in a unique way in East-West fusion.
In her own words: “My musical activities follow from compositions, music projects, music lessons and ensembles in which I participate as a singer or pianist. The theme is always bridging different cultures. People from the different continents share the experience of joy, grief, longing and other emotions. Music goes beyond the idiom of words, and is free of the language barrier dividing these worlds.”
