Exchanges and fusion of tango with different music cultures by Joep à Campo.
The programme series Tango Fusión is about exchanges and fusions of tango with other musical cultures and performance practices. Episode 35: Carlos Libedinsky’s project Narcotango (part 2)
While composers such as Piazzolla were developing the tango as concert music, Carlos Libedinsky was one of the driving forces in the development of the so-called neo-tango as dance music. This development was achieved in his neo-tango project Narcotango of 2006/2008, among others.
