In ’Genius Music friends’, for the time being, we stay in London where Haydn
is worshipped. One of his hit numbers is his 96th Symphony ‘Miracle’. In London, Haydn is also introduced to the new possibilities of the robust Broadwood pianos, which he eagerly uses in his sonatas. We hear two of these: one on a historical grand piano, and one on a modern one..
